It’s like the happy ending to some Disney movie: A smitten-sounding Demi Lovato revealed Friday that she is indeed dating Joe Jonas.
During a job interview with Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush on his radio program, The Billy Bush Show, the host asked Lovato if she’d ever dated some of the Jonas Brothers, “Umm, maybe,” she said coyly.
“Which one? Joe?” asked Bush, that Lovato said, “Yeah. He’s actually… he’s my mate.”
Pressing for clarification, Bush said, “So you guys went from boyfriend-girlfriend to close friends?”
“No type of the alternative,” the 17-year-old Sonny using a Chance star explained.
“Oh? So you’re dating him now?” asked Bush.
“Umm, yeah he is my best friend and he’s incredible,” Lovato finally confessed.
Lovato described her Camp Rock 2 costar like a “complete gentleman,” who “treats me to the most wonderful places.”
She added, “He’s perfect.”
Lovato first met Jonas, 20, on the set of Camp Rock in 2007 and toured using the Jonas Brothers the year after. The pair have for ages been rumored to become couple, which Lovato had previously denied. The pair recently filmed a relevant video for duet “Make A Wave.”

Demi Lovato: The new album up to now it’s a bit more pop, it’s more R&B. It’s a little more soulful. It has a different sound into it so I’m really excited to see how it turns out.
CNS: So it’s some a departure from the rock sound?
DL: Type of, but I’m like I‘ll do the exact same thing therefore i might be incorporating rock and R&B.
CNS: Usually are not would you saying is inspiring your sound right now?
DL: I’d say Keri Hilson and Rihanna.
CNS: You caused John Mayer on your last album. Everyone installed through Twitter. Who would you return some tweets to and get them to work with for your new album?
DL: I would love, love, want to collaborate with Trey Songz. I believe that’d be awesome.
CNS: Furthermore, i heard that you wrote a Spanish song for your new album. What’s that like?
DL: I wrote a half Spanish song. It ended up really incredible so hopefully my fans will like it too.
CNS: “Here We Go Again” seemed already more aged than “Don’t Forget” and that only agreed to be released a couple of months later. It seems like you’re planning on taking more time with this particular album.
DL: It’s something that I’m doing purposely, you realize. It’s something I wish to concentrate on and really pour myself involved with it. I don’t desire to rush out. I definitely feel like I’m pleased with everything I put out there.
CNS: Making this the first time there’s have you been a “ Camp Rock ” tour and that i hear it’s likely to bigger than your previous tours, with costume changes and all. How ready to vary from your previous shows?
DL: “ Camp Rock ” is spread out through a lot of it. You’ll have to wait and pay attention to.
CNS: In “Camp Rock 2,” there’s dancing through the numbers for “Can’t Back Down” and “It’s On.” Can you be dancing on stage these times?
DL: I am. I’m adding dancers to my own personal set, not only for “ Camp Rock .” It’s likely to be a complete other element and I’m excited to find out how as it happens. I’m just excited for my fans to determine it.
CNS: So you’ve toured with the Jonas Brothers before, but this is the very first time as you and Joe’s breakup. How’s it going feeling about touring with Joe? Do you feel things will probably be different?
DL: We seriously considered it whenever we began dating, you understand, to take into account the results or an amount happen if we weren’t dating when it found tour. It’s definitely something we thought about before and we’re just dealing with now. It is not bad, you realize. We’d a really great friendship before and now we have to keep it going.
